Training Evaluation Questionnaire
A training evaluation questionnaire is a set of question given to trainees at the end of their training session. Through these questions the management aims to generate a feedback from the trainees. These feedbacks can be grossed up to conclude if the training sessions are fruitful to the trainees and also look for feasible ways through which the training program can be improved. It allows the management to decide how efficiently a specific trainer or instructor is performing. It also helps to find out whether any infrastructural or course material improvement is needed or not. It is a good practice that fosters trainee and management relationships and helps in addressing issues pertaining to the program.
