TP Leadership Questionnaire


TP stands for target person and a TP leadership questionnaire is used to assess the leadership quality of an individual. This questionnaire is used by educational institutions and corporate organizations. TP leadership questionnaire is a socio metric questionnaire which was first used in the year 1965 by a person named Hastorf.
