Satisfaction Questionnaire Questions

A satisfaction questionnaire can be defined as a questionnaire which aims at gathering the information regarding the satisfaction level among users for a product/ service.  Hence while designing questions for a satisfaction questionnaire, well framed closes ended questions help in getting the exact satisfaction level of the candidate taking the questionnaire.
