Records Management Questionnaire


Records management questionnaire is a document which attempts to collate opinions of many people on the topic of record management. This can be a part of a specific record management program, or it can be part of a general survey. Depending on the particular purpose of the questionnaire the questions will have to be framed.

Care should be taken to highlight the important of the audience’s response in the questionnaire or survey form.

The following questions form part of our initiative to preserve, as archival documents, all the previous records of the annual financial statements of the company. We hope to digitize the process, and therefore we request you, as a valued employee of our company, to suggest ways and means of completing this project successfully.
