Psychological questionnaires can be defined as a sort of tool which is used to assess the personality traits and frame of mind of a candidate. These questionnaires comprise of questions based on simple scenarios which we face in our day to day life. These questionnaires judge the psychology of a candidate on the basis of his reaction and attitude towards the situations presented in the questions.
