Lecture Feedback Questionnaire

A lecture feedback questionnaire is used by educational institutes to find out the conduct of a lecturer especially if he is a new member of the faculty, under probation or under assessment. Some schools may get these forms filled for every session to maintain the standard of teaching in that particular institute and to ensure the lecturer is not late for class or is teaching properly.
