Leadership Perception Questionnaire


A leadership perception questionnaire is a document which contains a number of questions all asking an individual about how he or she perceives leadership and leaders as a whole. This can be an enlightening questionnaire if the questions are direct, well-thought out and relevant. It is often used to judge a candidate for a leadership role or post and evaluates other people’s perception of his skills as a leader.

There are many uses of such a document and therefore it should be well-crafted.

Sample Leadership Perception Questionnaire

Please answer the questions below in order to provide an opinion on the leadership capabilities of the individuals selected by us, who delivered their vision statements in the conclave held yesterday. All questions are mandatory and we would be obliged if you can provide analytical comments.
