Leadership Opinion Questionnaire

A leadership opinion questionnaire helps us to measure two important aspects of leadership that are consideration and structure. It measures the extent to which a leader maintains job relationship with his team members and also measures to which extent the leader exercises his role so that the team goal can be achieved.
