Leadership Behavior Questionnaire


A leadership behavior questionnaire is a document which outlines the manner in which people respond to a leader’s behavior. This document contains certain questions which are all aimed at provoking certain responses and opinions about a leader’s behavior and how behavior is an integral part of any leadership training service. The document must contain questions which are relevant and useful and it should serve its purpose of correction, information gathering and warning.

The leadership behavior questionnaire must be simple and direct and the questions should be pertinent to the topic at hand. A sample of such questionnaire is given below.
