Leadership Analysis Questionnaire


A leadership analysis questionnaire is a document which contains incisive questions that test an individual’s notions and understanding of the concept of leadership. Such a document is valuable in testing the mettle of potential leaders and therefore, the questions contained in the document must be relevant and straightforward. There should be no prompting of answers in such a questionnaire and all care should be taken to make them intelligent and understandable.
