HR Audit Checklist Questionnaire

An HR audit checklist questionnaire is an official document drafted to assess the policies and procedures implemented by the HR department of an organization. The questionnaire helps to assess whether the policies and procedures derived by the HR are effective or not and what are their shortcomings in the workforce. The questionnaire is usually filled by the employees of the organization for the purpose of overall well being of the HR.  The questions asked in the questionnaires are related to the policies derived by the Hr.
