Employee Feedback Questionnaire


Every employer knows that employee feedback is essential for the proper performance of the organization. The employees are the backbone of every business. As such, their opinions and input into the business can only be ignored at the employer’s peril. Questions in such questionnaires usually seek the employee’s opinion on issues such as workload, remuneration, working conditions and areas that need improvement. The first step towards formulating efficient employee feedback questionnaires is by defining the objectives of the survey first, then creating questions that would be relevant to all employees regardless of their job titles or remuneration.  Below is a sample of such a questionnaire
