Brand Community Questionnaire

A brand community questionnaire is a process of understanding a customer’s sense of belonging and recognition of a brand. The questionnaire helps to bring a positive influence on the belongingness of a consumer within the brand community.  This questionnaire is usually answered by consumers and the questions are based on the experience of the consumer within a certain community.
